Located in central London near St. Paul’s Cathedral, this office redesign and refurbishment project revitalizes a 20-year-old Norman Foster-designed building. The project includes a new rooftop terrace featuring a glulam structure, landscaped relaxation areas, and updated end-of-journey facilities with showers and changing rooms for cyclists. As part of the Stage 4-5 coordination, managed through Revit and BIM360, I was responsible for running clash detection meetings, developing technical drawings, and actively participating in project meetings to ensure seamless coordination. This complex project required adapting to new regulations, addressing intricate details, and coordinating within an occupied building with active tenants on certain levels.
