With an estimated capacity of 45,000 people, this project is one of Turkey’s largest urban transformation initiatives. We commenced with a comprehensive master plan analysis across all scales, presenting innovative concepts and massing studies. Scheduled for completion in 2030, I served as a senior architect, responsible for research and mass studies, master plan development, and presentations. Additionally, I developed planning drawings for selected apartment types, contributing to the project’s overall vision and execution.
