This private retirement residence, designed for a client in Kireçburnu near the Bosphorus, is situated on a site with a stunning view. Local regulations and the dimensions of the existing two-story structure influenced aspects of the design, allowing us to maintain harmony with the surroundings. The use of multiple levels maximizes views from each room, creating a serene environment that embraces the Bosphorus panorama. The proposal also includes a pool, enhancing the leisure experience in this thoughtfully crafted retreat.
