Situated near Preston Park and Brighton Train Station, this project features 239 apartments across three towers. The design involved a complete remodeling and redesign of the planning model from the ground up, ensuring seamless coordination during stages 3-4-5 using Archicad, Solibri, and BIMcollab. The ground floor includes small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) areas and a café, contributing to the enrichment of the neighborhood and enhancing community engagement.
