This office building project for Sentez Group prioritizes speed and practicality in construction. Located centrally with panoramic Bosphorus views, the property’s high square meter value makes the 500 m² construction area a substantial asset. Our design approach focuses on functional optimization, flexibility for future adaptations, and a streamlined aesthetic to maximize usability. Two design alternatives were developed, each exploring sustainability potentials, including the integration of solar energy systems, to ensure environmental responsibility alongside long-term adaptability.
