This small, low-budget housing project was designed to provide comfortable living for our clients’ elderly parents in the extreme climate of Sivas. The layout prioritizes efficient heating by centralizing warmth in the core of the home, creating a cozy and sustainable environment despite harsh weather conditions. The absence of interior doors enhances both air circulation and accessibility, making movement throughout the space easier for its residents. Our in-depth research on cost-effective materials and construction methods informed numerous design decisions, teaching us valuable strategies for achieving quality and comfort on a modest budget.
