AOÇ is an abbreviation of Atatürk Tree Farm which was founded in a barren, swampy site near Ankara by Atatürk in 1925. Modern methods of farming and husbandry examined and taught by this facility. A simple tree-like font created for a logo competition. However, no finalist has been chosen by the jury, so the original one is still in use.
